She has built her career at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering with executive teams to design value-based care models, strengthen payer-provider alignment, and operationalize growth in ways that improve both financial performance and clinical quality.

As Chief Growth Officer at Eleanor Health, she expanded the organization’s footprint from 7 to 15 states and secured a national alternative payment model partnership. Previously, as Vice President of Population Health at Interwell Health, she led the integration of three renal value-based care organizations representing 1,700 physicians and more than 125,000 patients — completed with zero service disruption. At Fresenius Health Partners, she launched a national CKD program that achieved three-year NCQA Population Health Accreditation on the first attempt.
